How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (URL(s)).
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed/disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or if outside the U.S., a district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within the time allowed by the DMCA, we may restore the content at our discretion.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
