This Return Policy applies to products purchased directly from Sonark Marine through our online store.
30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.

- Unused and undamaged
- Original packaging and contents included
- Returned within 30 days
- RMA number clearly marked on the package
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed electronics
- Items missing packaging or components
- Customer-damaged products
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
- Issued to original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
