We want you to be confident ordering from Sonark Marine. If you have an issue with your order, contact us and we'll help you quickly.

How to Start a Return

Email support@sonarkmarine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, please include photos of the packaging and product. Do not ship anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging with all included accessories, cables, and documentation.
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.
  • Items missing parts or accessories may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return where marked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the packaging and product are required for damaged claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defective product.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, email us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued.
