This Shipping Policy explains how Sonark Marine processes and ships orders within the United States. Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Free Shipping: Orders $199.00 and over qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states (based on order subtotal after discounts and before tax).
Order Processing Time
Orders placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on business days ship the same day, provided items are in stock. Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day. Processing time is typically 1 business day.

All shipments are insured. Truck freight and hazmat items are excluded from flat-rate options. Oversize items may incur an additional $60 surcharge for Two-Day and Overnight services.
Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS depending on package size, service level, and destination. Carrier is selected at fulfillment to ensure the best service for your order.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at sonarkmarine.com/pages/track-order.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged Packages / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer box and packaging
- Photos of the damaged or missing item(s)
