Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Cutoff time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT are processed the next business day.
  • Verification: Orders flagged for security/verification may require 1 extra business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Rates and options are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. We primarily ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL for international orders.

Damaged or Missing Items
