The Victron Argo FET 200-3 lets one alternator charge up to three separate battery banks, such as start, house, and thruster or windlass, while keeping them isolated from each other. FET switching keeps voltage drop far lower than traditional diode isolators, so every bank gets a full charge.

Isolator tips

Size to the alternator. The isolator’s rating should meet or exceed your alternator’s maximum output.

Low drop matters. Diode isolators can drop enough voltage that batteries never fully charge; FET isolation avoids most of that loss.

Fuse each output close to the battery with correctly sized cable.
