Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains returns and refunds for Sonark Marine inventory products and for affiliate products purchased through retailers like Amazon.

Return window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Unused, original packaging, same condition received. Include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable: digital downloads, gift cards, perishable goods, customized items unless defective.
Start a return: email customercare@sonarkmarine.com with order number and reason.
Refunds: to original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping costs: non-refundable unless our error or defect; return shipping may be deducted.

For purchases via affiliate links, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled by the retailer per their policy.

We cannot process returns/refunds for affiliate orders because the transaction is with the retailer.
